Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the wig in its original hair net and box, ensuring the lace is uncut and the unit has not been styled, brushed, or worn.
Ship the Item
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our designated return center using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
